Cancellation Policy

Payment - Please note I am cash only. Please bring remaining balance in cash on the day. Policy - - Attend your appointment makeup free, avoid applying any products on or around the eye area the day of your appointment (including moisturiser and fake tan). Any residue on the lashes will affect the results of your lash lift and it may not work correctly. - Please do not remove makeup at appointment, this must be done prior. - If you are 15 minutes late or more you may be turned away and required to cover the full appointment cost. - Any cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be required to pay the full amount of the booking. - Any cancellations with less than with 12-24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the total appointment cost. - Any ‘No Shows’ will be required to pay the full appointment cost. - If you cancel or cannot make your appointment you will lose your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable
